The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and incredible with amazingly kind personnel at the reception desk. It had a great and perfect location near downtown, near Truong Tien Bridge. We were close enough to the citadel, bars streets, 2 greatest restaurants, and town centre.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with changing our travel plans and even let us shower before our night train. The location was a bit outside the backpacker area, but it gave us a more authentic experience. The breakfast was also very nice. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service and value for money.

The soundproofing in the room was poor, which led to disturbances from neighboring rooms. The bed was uncomfortable and made it difficult to have a good night's sleep.
